just another day...

At work! since the new hiring of my friend Charis at my salon {Planet 21} work is a new sort of fun!
I'm very lucky to work with such cool people, it makes working not really feel like work.
We practiced some roller setting and tampered with a co-workers unlocked phone :)

After work was a fun dinner with Charis's sisters.
It was a sweet sort of fair well to Raechel who left for a job in Korea on monday.

I Made It:

I had an art day on sunday
I  was feeling artsy and came upon a D.I.Y. blog post from Promise Tangeman blog
It a was a fun way to spend a rainy afternoon day.
Their was popcorn and a Killers dvd too.
{Pretty much perfect}

I'm fairly pleased with the outcome and i made a huge mess!
Also i don't like waiting for paint to dry.

Pretty as a Rose:

I love a pretty rose.
Their is really nothing more pretty than a rose in your home.
It's the romantic flower that people sing about and right poems and give to their loves.
I guess you could say when i think of february i turn in to a hopeless romantic, partly because of Valentines day i suppose.
It's also my birthday month, and i have sweet memories of my big brother bringing me roses at school and i would usually have a pink and heart filled party.

Passion 2012

Passion 2012 was really incredible this year!
Honestly it was exactly what i needed to get this year started!
How wonderful it is to see 45,000 + people worship and love the Lord.
There were many moments where i found my self holding tears back and just saying a quiet thank you to Jesus.
I couldn't be more proud of my wonderful husband! i am very thankful to have him and blessed that he love Jesus as much as i do. Seeing him get to do what he loves is very inspiring to me.
I hung out with these guys mostly.
It really is hard to put in to words how great of a week it was at Passion.
I'm was very thankful for the opportunity to go. Proud of my husband and his hard work while we were there.
